Preparation time: 5-10 min
Cut the bread into slices of 20g each (around two fingers) and spread some butter on them. Mix the salmon with the mayonnaise and spread the mixture on the bread. Top with the prawns and the sliced lemon. Yummy!
Ingredients:
- 40g wholegrain bread
- Butter
- 4-6 cooked king prawns
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 can salmon
- 1 lemon San Antonio
