Loquat Smoothie


Preparation time: 5 min


Remove the stone from the loquats and place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until the fruit has a smooth texture. Pour into a glass and drink immediately!


Ingredients

- 4-5 loquats 

- 1 banana

- 150ml milk


Optional: 


- Change the milk for almond, soya or rice milk to create a vegan version! 

- For a sweeter taste add 1 or 2 dates.
